Pebble 1.5 released

Well ... the docos have been finished and Pebble 1.5 is available to download. There are some significant improvements over 1.4.x including :

  • Blog entry drafts and a much improved template facility
  • Static pages (for example)
  • Recent comments on home page
  • Threaded comments
  • Linear blog entry navigation
  • Improved admin interface and ease of use

Looking forward, Pebble 1.5.1 will support the MetaWeblog API for integration between Pebble weblog and the upcoming Pebble mobile client.

Re: Pebble 1.5 upgrade guide?

It would be nice if there was some sort of upgrade guide in docs. I understand my blog content will be ok but my custom theme has to be re-done? A lot of changes done to the css file in particular so a map of the changes to the style elements would be cool. I will attempt to upgrade my pebble tonight (my time) and blog the process for other pebblers out there thinking of going from 1.4 to 1.5.

Re: Pebble 1.5 upgrade guide?

Scot, Once you figure out the steps to upgrade, maybe you could post them on your blog ;)
