Upgraded
I've upgraded this site to the latest Pebble 1.9 build from CVS and performed the following steps.
- Upgraded the
pebble.warfile and updated the configuration files, as usual. - Put my adsense fragment back into the new default
template.jspfile. - Copied the new
.tagsstyle from the default stylesheet into my own version. - Converted my flat categories to the new format (using the new utility, available after logging in) and purged some categories that weren't being used.
- Tagged my categories.
- Added the
pebble.decorator.TechnoratiTagsDecoratorto my plugin configuration. - Reloaded my blog.
- Rebuilt my search index (again, using the utility).
This is good stuff - all of my old entries that reside in categories are now tagged and I didn't need to edit them. For example, here are all those blog entries that have been tagged with pebble. Now I just need to decide whether to tag up the root category and wait for Technorati to wake up!
Re: Upgraded
Yes, that's next on my todo list. I'm thinking of something like .../yourblog/tags/ will show you the tag cloud (list of tags + usage count) and clicking on a tag will hyperlink straight to the search page for that tag (at least as an initial implementation). What do you think of this and the tag support so far?
